Chapel Associates, or ‘Chapel’ as we are often known, are a niche consultancy formed in 2010 who specialise in bespoke strategic business consultancy, particularly in the Justice, Defence and Central Government and Emergency Services Sectors.  

Our services range from:

• Strategic resilience and capability maturity modelling;
• Digital twinning and operational simulation;
• Data protection;
• Expert consulting on collaboration for the Police and Fire Services;
• Coaching and advice on cyber and digital/technical strategies;
• Supporting enterprise digitisation, business transformation and business case development, including related sourcing and procurement strategies.

We have relevant senior level experience in both private and public sectors in client and supplier side roles. Much of our work has been of strategic business case development and client advocacy in the support of bids and proposals including red reviews, and helping clients secure collaborative outcomes and government contracts.  Our aim being to convert a client’s efforts on a bid to becoming a bid with a good chance of success, ‘we are good at supporting winning bids’!  

We have direct experience of senior level working within government departments and the Cabinet Office, and at local area level across the Emergency Services.​
